Getting Around:
There is free parking in the home’s driveway that fits up to 4 cars. We recommend getting around via car here.
Guests can also use a ride share company like Uber or Lyft with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.
When in Hollywood, park your car and jump on the electric shuttle service called "Sun Shuttle" by Circuit. When you are ready to be picked up, simply use the on-demand “Ride Circuit” App to request a pick-up, wave down the closest fleet driver or head to a shuttle stop within the service area.

Pool heating:
The daily fee for using a heater for the heated pool is $40/day, please notify us before your arrival and we will turn on the heater before you arrive so the pool will be warm for you. We charge extra for pool heating because it cost a lot of electricity and some people choose not to use it.
PET-FRIENDLY HOME
Bring your furry friends along for an exciting vacation. They'll get to enjoy and run around the spacious backyard while you relax in the backyard. We have an additional fee for the pets.
To maintain the quality of the pool, we have our pool guy scheduled for pool maintenance on FRIDAYS mornings, though these days are still subject to weather conditions.
Quiet time starts at 10pm out of respect for the neighbors as this is a quiet community – No parties (unless confirmed with hosts).
Smoking is allowed outside ONLY
Check-in is 4pm and Check-out is 10am. You can self-check-in any time after 3pm with a code.
